Women—Indigenous women, business leaders, industry innovators, and every woman driving progress—have always been at the forefront of change. Yet, at the current pace, full gender parity is still more than a century away. That’s far too long.
This year’s IWD theme, #AccelerateAction, is a call to do more than acknowledge the barriers women face—it’s a call to dismantle them. Achieving true equality is the responsibility of everyone, across all genders, to challenge bias, create opportunities, and drive real, lasting change.
